Harissa Chicken is originally from North Africa. It is a zesty and aromatic flavored sauce made from chili pepper. Our chefs has make this from scratch by smoking hot chili peppers and blending them with garlic, tomatoes, olive oil and various spices, including cumin, coriander. Chicken pieces dipped in Harissa sauce and served with Cauli Rice.
