Keto Chef prepares fresh, chef‑crafted meals made to order. Because our meals are perishable and produced in small batches, our refund and return process focuses on food safety, fairness, and clear communication.


2. When Refunds or Credits Are Available

Refunds or credits are offered when Keto Chef is responsible for an issue with your order. These include:

  • Meals that differ from what you ordered
  • Missing items
  • Packaging that arrives damaged or compromised
  • Quality concerns that fall outside our production standards

To request a refund or credit:
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
Include photos of the issue
Provide your order number and delivery details
Each case is reviewed by our team to ensure a fair and consistent outcome.


3. Delivery Responsibility

We rely on trusted third‑party couriers to deliver your meals. Once your order has been delivered to the address provided:

  • The courier may leave the parcel if no one is home
  • Temperature control cannot be guaranteed after delivery
  • Keto Chef is not responsible for theft, spoilage, or damage that occurs after the parcel has been delivered


We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order during the delivery window to maintain freshness and quality.


4. Refund Processing

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Store credits are issued as Keto Chef vouchers
  • Once a voucher is accepted, it cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
