An Indian ‘green’ curry made with spinach, mustard leaves whizzed together, with seared lamb pieces combines the most nutritious elements of the vegetable world and the meat world together. Saag is a combination of Mustard leaves and Spinach, both rich in antioxidants and essential micronutrients, primarily iron. It helps in decreasing levels of cholesterol and it is a high source of folate.
