What are your delivery charges?
Our delivery charges within Auckland - $12
Outside Auckland but within North Island - $19
We currently do not deliver to the South Island but working out a way to make it cost-effective for our customers.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver our products to homes and businesses all over North Island except rural areas. Please check your address on the New Zealand Couriers address checker before placing your order: https://www.courierpost.co.nz/tools/address-checker/
What happens if I am not home?
If you’re not going to be home (which happens with a lot of our customers), or have restricted access to your property, please give clear instructions on where to leave your box. (E.g. There is a dog on the property. Please leave the box by the porch bench).
Do you deliver to office addresses?
Yes, we absolutely do. When ordering delivery to your workplace, please ensure you mention both your name, your company name, and clear instructions on what to do if you’re not available to receive your order at the time of delivery. (E.g. Please leave with reception).
What is the order delivery day and cut-off time?
Please place your orders from the website by Tuesday by 12 pm each week. Your order will be delivered on Thursday. If you miss the cut off time on Sunday, your delivery will default to Thursday the following week.
Do you use sustainable packaging?
Our meals are packaged in cardboard containers lined with Woolcool, an insulated packaging that maintains the temperature of the meals. Woolcool, a sustainable, recyclable, compostable and biodegradable insulation along with ice gel packs has been proven to keep contents at 1°c, chilled below 5°c for at least 24 hours. The food grade wrap around the Woolcool is also recyclable.
Can I return my cardboard boxes for reuse?
It depends - if you live in Auckland please contact us to check your address, as sadly only one of our courier partners is able to collect used packaging. Please just leave them outside your door (or the place where your box usually is left), flattened (the best way is to cut the tape with a cutter or knife). This will help us to reduce the number of new boxes we need to use each week and is an easy way for you to recycle them.
